About the Group
Objectives of the Data Working Group are to:
- Provide an opportunity for local authorities to raise data issues and help DfT to develop the Transport Data Strategy (TDS) and supporting actions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among local authorities, transport data experts, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices in transport data management, analysis, and application.
- Showcase use case experiences and approaches, highlighting the successes and challenges of data-driven transport initiatives, to encourage learning and innovation.
