TTF Live 2026 – APPLICATIONS FOR DEMONSTRATIONS

The annual TTF Conference returns to the Leonardo Hotel, Hinkley on 16-18 March 2026, bringing with it an exciting programme of conference sessions, exhibition and networking opportunities. This year we are adding an extra highlight, a series of live demonstrations, showcasing connected vehicle services in real-world operation.

We’ll be demonstrating both proven, commercially available services and rapidly emerging solutions that align with the Department for Transport’s Connected Vehicle Services Framework. The demonstration audience will be a range of local authorities, alongside representatives from the Department for Transport.

We are pleased to invite suppliers to propose demonstrations of vehicle to infrastructure or infrastructure to vehicle services which align with the following use case groups identified in the DfT’s Connected Vehicle Services Framework:

This is a ready to demonstrate service requiring only local set-up and configuration, not development, or is a proof of concept that can still be live demonstrated in some form
You will be responsible for all costs of attendance and demonstration
You will be willing to work as part of the demonstration community
You will abide by the health and safety requirements of TTF Live, and your demonstrated solution is in line with all relevant guidance and legislation
No IP is transferred, assigned, claimed or created in the process of configuring the demonstrations for the event, or carrying out the demonstrations on the day of the event

Please note: Attendance at previous events e.g. UTAC still means you must apply. This will be a useful preparation for ITS World Congress 2027 but is a separate event and so you must propose your ideas for this event to TTF.
