The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), alongside international partners, has published a Cyber Security Advisory regarding Russian state intelligence actors targeting inadequately configured routers and network devices.
The advisory highlights the opportunistic exploitation of network infrastructure and provides practical mitigation measures that organisations can take to strengthen their cyber resilience.
While Transport is not specifically identified as a sector in the advisory, as a Critical National Infrastructure sector we believe action should be considered.
